The 2007 Academic Olympics season was dedicated to
the Military Officers Association of Sarasota in
recognition of and appreciation for their more than
twenty years of support of the program. A special
award was presented to the club president at the
Academic Olympic finals in the Sarasota County
School board auditorium.

Academic Olympics is a
competition modeled on television's "College Bowl." It
is a program of the Education Foundation of Sarasota
County, Inc. We
believe it is vital to recognize and encourage the
intellectual achievements of our students. Students from
seven area high schools have been preparing for these
games since last fall.
